“Neighbourhood Lines” to Demarcate Areas of Dense Development

12 03 2014

There’s continued interest in the use of “neighbourhood lines” to bound areas of differing development densities, as employed to augment the Scott Street Community Design Plan (CDP), for possible use in Preston-Carling and Gladstone CDPs.

One might anticipate that a “neighborhood line” could become applicable to McKellar Park (if at all) in conjunction with potential Transit Oriented Development in the vicinity of the planned Cleary LRT station.

Those interested may consult councillor Hobbs’ recent post on the subject, earlier comments by candidate Jeff Leiper, and further commentary by “Bulldog” blogger Ken Gray.
